Can i get old pokemon on the new game called perl?

i just want all the old pokemon from water blue on my perl, i don no wher to catch them though

where can i get these tree

the way to get these is once you have obtained the national dex you can migrate pokemon from leaf green or fire red. to do this you just put the game in the gbs slot. then you go on pearl and at the menu where you can continue or start a new game go down till you find migrate from _____ then select that. next select the six pokemon you want to put on pearl. then you go to pal park which to get to you follow the water from south of sandgem town. talk to the guy at the counter in pal park (prof oak will talk to you about something first) and say you want to enter a catching show. you get six balls. now all you have to do is walk through the grass until you find them. the catch rate is 100% so don't worry. higher level pokemon are harder to catch and water pokemon are only found by surfing on the water there
