Depends on the tank size really. Baby or not, you should not be keeping them at baby size in a tank under 75 gallons. As one other answerer said before, you'll see that in pet stores. The reasons for that is usually becasue they are only there a couple weeks pending sale, so it's not a long term situation.
I can tell you grouping Arowana, should be in groups of five or higher, and that input is given off many other sites. It displaces aggression evenly, supposedly so no one fish would get targeted. I've got four Silver South Americans in a 180 and they seem to get along quite well.
You do have a better chance of them getting along now if they grow up togeather, but most likely, one of those three are going to emerge the dominant fish and get the majority of the food. Down the road, you're going to need a 180 or up to house all three. You'd want to have them all in at least a 75 to grow in until you moved them to longer term housing. Anything less, and you're running a higher risk.
So yes, it is ok, but watch for aggression. It's reccomended to be in groups of five if having more then one, but it does work out from time to time if you have less. You'll have to watch over them. If you see aggression break out, you should have other tanks ready to split them up. If you don't, then don't get them. That would be irresponsible on your end.
