If any provosion to specify perl module version in installation command?
How can I install a specific version of perl module using CPAN? eg XML::SAX (0.14)?
if it's the latest version it's real easy use the cpan command ! if it's older you go the website cpan.org and search for the old version and load it manually.
Why do you want an old version?
update: Hey 0.14 is the current version so the cpan command loads it like a champ!
you do have the cpan command? don't you? It's been so long since I had a machine without it! I couldn't live without it!
